Paige + William
Weddings go by in such a blur but with just enough planning, a little bit of winging it & plenty of fun the day always turns out memorable! William and Paige were lovely to work with and little Aiden was just the cherry on top. The weather was a bit precarious, drizzling throughout the day and dropping the temp to chilly, but it created a beautiful amount of drama to add to their images!
The wedding & reception took place at Cambridge Golf Course. When I arrived, the area around the fountain, where the ceremony would take place, was all set up. The first thing I noticed were the absolutely gorgeous florals!
After I finished taking detail shots, I met up with the ladies in the locker room downstairs where they were getting ready in matching, adorable robes and sipping on mimosas. Yum! Once everyone was organized we moseyed up to the banquet hall to finish up getting-ready photos and group shots. With the weather chilly and windy and the balcony closed off we took photos indoors to keep dresses and feet dry. When we were done I swapped the ladies for the gentlemen. We got some nice family photos in between and then started preparing for the ceremony!
After speaking with all pivotal parties we confirmed the ceremony would still take place outdoors. It was quick, but beautiful nonetheless. The guests were wonderful bearing the weather and then we got everyone back inside as quickly as possible for a sweet cocktail gathering while we finished up photos. We decided to take group photos of family and the bridal party close to the building as the rain couldn’t make up it’s mind on whether it was staying or going.
Finally we finished up with bride & groom photos on the green and of course a few family portraits with the little. Aiden was such a cute little trooper! As much of a pain the weather was I am absolutely in love with how the photos turned out!
